Me: 5ft 5in, fluffy 175lbs, bra size 34DDD. I'm a big fan of the defunct Body by Victoria bralettes (the padding actually seems to hold the boobs in place better, and even big boobs need a good lift). I was exactly the same size. I usually wear 34DDD. However, in this case I ordered a 34DD and the picture shows that the mug fits perfectly. The band is thick but not too tight, just what you need for a bra like this as the band will stretch over time. If you are tired of buying bras online, how am I? Do that. Super cute. Very convenient. Great if you follow the advice in the comments and down a cup size. I will be ordering one in each color and hope they don't get discontinued like the VS version.
