Review on Fat Daddios SP HALF Sheet Silver by Judy Spillman

I hate the logos on the hob of aluminum sheets and pans as oil residue polymerizes in these areas making them even harder to clean. So I asked the community about this because I wanted something to replace my old Nordic sheets. Scandinavian brands are mine now and I will not buy them. The municipality assured me that they were only stamped on the back. NO ONE HAS POINTED OUT THAT THE STAMP WAS SO DEEP THAT IT CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN ON THE BACK. correspond to the pan size. Most pans have two sets of measurements for the top and the cooking area. Not even sure what caused this discrepancy. Of course, this doesn't matter unless you're working with a small toaster oven or something similar. my Nordic 18g HALF reed (much more surface area) and smaller Fat Daddio flex like an aspiring YouTube rapper. So I'm sending them back. And will be suspicious of BraveTart product recommendations in the future, which is why I chose these sheets - BraveTart by SeriousEats can't say enough good things about the Fat Daddio brand. So now I'm looking for a thick sheet again, which finds my choosy approval. If anyone knows any good baking sheets with no logos on the stove leave a comment, huh?
