I want to be completely honest about this product. I bought this because I sprained my wrist while lifting weights, I put it on as soon as I got it. After about an hour or two, the part of my wrist that never hurt became very red and started to hurt, so now my whole wrist felt bad, not just the left side. I may have overtightened it but this is the only way I can make sure it stays on and properly supports your wrist. I iced my wrist a few times a day and it worked much better than this strap. I do not recommend this product for anyone with a wrist sprain, it can make things worse, stick to icing the affected area.
