Not as good as you think

I want to be completely honest about this product. I bought this because I sprained my wrist while lifting weights, I put it on as soon as I got it. After about an hour or two, the part of my wrist that never hurt became very red and started to hurt, so now my whole wrist felt bad, not just the left side. I may have overtightened it but this is the only way I can make sure it stays on and properly supports your wrist. I iced my wrist a few times a day and it worked much better than this strap…

If you're wondering if they're good for the money, YES. I like that they are not bulky and VERY EASY to carry and type on the keyboard. I love how you can control how tight or loose they are and whether you want to wrap them under the wrist for less support or just over the wrist for MORE support. Just what I need for my wrist (having tried other types this is the BEST for me)!

I bought the ComfiLife wrist brace to relieve wrist and arm pain due to neck problems. I usually wear it in the evenings as the pain tends to get worse as the day goes on. It's so comfortable I can wear it all night and it doesn't affect my sleep quality at all. The bandage is made out of a super stretchy material that stretches enough that I can tighten or loosen it to my liking. Just what I needed

I don't know how this brace would work on someone with a recent injury. My story is this: I broke my wrist about two years ago and it has not healed painlessly. I live in Southern California and I'm fine in the summer. But as soon as the weather gets cooler, my wrist starts to hurt.
