I ordered these 3" x 6" candle holders to replace the ones that broke on my wrought iron wall sconces. I have made sure I measured correctly and compared to the measurements provided by the seller. Received my order well packaged. The glasses were in perfect condition and beautiful! I was happy to put them on the sconce but they didn't go through the top ring they had to slide through. I measured the diameter of the hurricane glasses and they are definitely wider than 3 inches. I contacted the seller and he didn't offer me a solution. I asked if there was a 2.5"x6" I could trade it for but unfortunately there isn't. I am extremely disappointed. I have a number of Hurricane candle jars that I have not used and have run out of what I paid for them. Just be very careful when ordering them. If you're using them separately this shouldn't be a problem, but if they're meant to go through some sort of bracket the dimensions are wrong.
