These are not the right bedside tables to buy if They try to grow up and impress people. I seriously bought these because I needed something quick, cheap and easy (I live in a 3rd floor apartment and, eff, some solid wood nightstands, I already have 2 in my bedroom. Those suction cups are heavy) for my Guest room . The mattress in my room is on a box spring but no frame and these little ones are just the right height. They are SUPER easy to assemble as each piece consists of a top and 4 thin plastic tubes (aka legs). Don't plan on showing those little guys your bowling balls. or sit on it or use it around large dogs or small children. They aren't very durable, but they can hold a phone, an alarm clock, and a lamp. I mean come on you get what you pay for. {translation: low price, low expectations - I gave them a good rating because they are exactly what I expected for the price}
