I've tried everything

I have very sensitive skin and I've tried everything. I have very acne prone skin and have used a prescription cleanser and it all works for a while and then stops. It tingles when you first apply it, but wears off quickly. Lathers very well. I use one syringe and that's enough for my whole face. It leaves my face clean and fresh.
