I'm so confused/ FAKE

READ UPDATE CAREFULLY: DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I did not research and found out that this product is actually a fake. The ingredients on the bottle are different from the actual DML lotion. PLEASE only buy from DML at Revain. This seller's product EXTREMELY ruined my skin. I heard insanely good reviews about this product for dry acne prone skin so I ordered it. However, it does more harm than good to my skin. It makes my skin red, irritated, inflamed and burns. It also does NOTHING for my dry patches. no moisturizing effect! I feel this product must be a scam or fake because sooooo many people have told me many good things about this product. Some even got it from their dermatologist! I'm pretty confused.
