I like that they have a very good customer support team. They are always available for their clients when needed. Sometimes it's difficult if you need assistance outside business hours because they don't offer this option. It would be nice if they did so. We use them for our firewall devices. At first we had some issues but since then everything has been working great. I like that we have access to several different tools for each issue. It can be overwhelming at times but it's very easy to figure out what you need when you call or email support. We use this product in conjunction with other products from our vendor partners including Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) and Microsoft Forefront Client Security. The integration between these two programs has been seamless since the switchover to WangSu.
