That's a great yo-yo! So many people give negative feedback because they don't know how to use it. You can't just drop it and expect it to show up! The string wraps nicely around the axle if you do it right! It's a quality product, but it requires the user to understand HOW to use it. Buy extra strings, strings wear out and break after heavy use. Go to YouTube and check out the "How to do yo-yo" reviews. You don't walk up and down alone.
