The package arrived on time. The device came in a brown box and came with a regular charger, which is what I expected (not a big deal considering the price, I have another Apple charger). The case was clean with no dents or immediately noticeable scratches. The screen has a significant number of scratches along the black border of the screen, particularly on the bottom. Additional scratches that were immediately apparent on the usable portion of the screen itself were mostly limited to the lower-right quadrant, but only one or two were actually visible when the display was on. All scratches were curved and superficially looked like they had been improperly polished several times, perhaps with a rag with something abrasive on it. My ipad pro falls into the "limited" damage category mentioned in the product description and otherwise works perfectly. Again, scratches hardly alter the viewing experience and it seems to work like new - it charges quickly from 60% when opened. While I would have preferred one with fewer screen scratches, I think the product has worked well so far and is being sold at a significantly reduced price. But. If BuySpry feels that what I've described isn't acceptable by their standards, I wouldn't complain if they offered a replacement unit :) I'm giving 3.5 stars for now, as I still have a bit of slack and torn as to whether or not I should live with scratches.
