Looked like an affordable smart tv keyboard solution, arrived like new with batteries installed and no label between batteries to discourage them from venturing . The switch could not be found and there were no instructions on how to use it. It won't connect to any of my devices even after changing the battery. There was an empty slot in the battery compartment where I thought his transmitter key should have been. He was not there! As a refurbished product, it either never had it or whoever returned it removed the key and it was never replaced. I sent it back with no problems and was disappointed that it didn't work. I was on hold with customer service for some time before hanging up after being put indefinitely while they were trying to find someone who knew about the product. Buying it refurbished was a crappy take, but I'd have no hesitation in trying another Revain refurbishment product.
