I have ordered two of these straps as a cost effective alternative to other ratchet straps. I have had (1) of the expensive originals and these straps are just as good if not better. My dear original stopped sticking to the belt where the buckle was attached and often came off. They grip much better, if you will, with deeper daggers. The buckle also works as expected, you lift the buckle to release versus the lever at the bottom of the buckle where you can never figure out which way it releases. This original design is much better. The straps look like high quality leather and come in a standard box. Overall very satisfied (see photo)
