I really like the quality of the pans. This is my second stainless steel cookware set, the first set was a cheap product. I've researched the internet on how to properly clean my new pots and pans. Vinegar and baking soda with a mild detergent seem to work wonders. My only downside is that even cooking on a gas stove on a low heat easily burns the pan. But I usually clean them right after cooking and they're good again. I also recommend hand drying them after washing if you want to keep the beautiful shine of the stainless steel.
