These baking sheets work great! They are sturdy and feel like they will last forever. The raised areas allow for oil to pull away from fattier meats. I baked biscuits on them and they turned out really great. Just be sure you spray or coat base since these are not non-stick. Clean up is super easy. These fit perfectly in my air fryer oven which was the icing on the cake for me.
