Used what I see fit, they're fine.
It took me a while to figure out that the raised side should be on the outside edge, then they were ok. I would love it if they were about an inch taller, but they aren't. deal breaker. I use two on each side and one on each end. Remove these blades from one side and one at the end, and safely replacing the blades will be a breeze, as will resetting the "pads".
