I really expected them to be snug after reading page after page of how wrestlers want their shoes to be as snug as possible - hence the design and fit. My normal height is 11 feet. I ordered size 11. These shoes fit my foot. If you like tight spaces in your shoes, go up half a size. Also if you plan to use thicker socks or an ankle/foot brace or even have your ankle or leg bandaged then I would suggest going up a half or full size. shoe brand.
