I liked a lot about this product and didn't. It is beautiful and comes with a lovely velvet storage pouch. The included charger is the same as for the other vibrator so that's good. To be honest, my biggest complaints are that to change the intensity, you press one, then the other, scrolling through the entire loop one at a time. It's not the smoothest or most organic process, and I have a different view with up and down buttons that zoom in or out more smoothly, and I much prefer that. Also in terms of personal preference I don't find the max intensity that amazing but hmmm.
