Hello, I plan to return. He was always stuck on the 56th picture and couldn't even get past it overnight. It also requires an Apple charger. I was able to charge my iPhone using my flashlight's USB port. When I install Qubii directly, it doesn't work. Only when I use an original Apple + Qubii charger can I start working. However, since it always got stuck at the 56th picture, all my 20000+ pictures/videos remained without backup. That's why I want to return it. If it can actually back everything up, then the Apple charger is NOT the main issue.
