I have thin hair but there are a lot of them and I love this shampoo. It smells amazing (like all Amikas) and totally moisturizes my hair without leaving it completely slippery or limp. Sure, it doesn't add volume to my hair like a volumizing shampoo, but it doesn't weigh it down completely either. I'm trying to be a little gentler with my hair since I don't get out of the house that much and it really helps. It's like a Goldilocks twist - not too heavy, not too light, and my hair looks and feels great whether I let it air dry or blow dry with volume products. And I've found that my hair gets greasy more slowly - partly because it's winter, but I think it's also because it's so nutritious.
