This product is terrible. I was out of town and got back late. NOT satisfied with the product at all. I don't think this is a legitimate Amika brand. I use this brand regularly and the consistency is more like hand lotion. It is difficult to pull out of the hair and a lot of knots. If there were 0 stars it would have deserved it. I will call Amazon for a refund in my circumstances.

I love this shampoo and conditioner but there is no working cap and standard pumps don't fit! I had to unscrew the cap and pour out the shampoo every time. Now I only use standard pumps that don't bolt on. It's annoying.

I use most Amika products but prefer to buy from Revain as I am a very spoiled PRIME member. This is an expensive brand but my hair has never been in the best condition. I have expensive patch beads and this brand makes them smooth and tangle free. I think Amika and Alterna are the best brands to buy if you're looking for something that cleans deeply, is sulfate-free, and makes your hair look great.
