I have had gastrointestinal problems for many years and bloating was a major symptom. I have tried many products but I really like these filters. I was very surprised that they work so well. Usually the products are underwear which means they are bulkier to wear or carry around in case I need them. But these squares are small and discreet and comfortable to wear - they are easier to wear with ordinary clothes and don't worry about showing up. Basically I used rectangles.
