Its not a good product, its a pity that I spent money on it.

I reread all the reviews before deciding on headphones. The major issue as a result is that they just did not fit ergonomically; they protrude out and fall out of the ears without any earphones attached. Unfortunately, there is no way to verify this before purchasing. I simply won't be able to use them fully as a result (only if I walk around the apartment, periodically picking up the dropped earpiece from the floor). A different concern is what will transpire with a hat over the winter in general.

Pros

fantastic sound isolation, and a top-notch microphone (there were no complaints from the interlocutors)

Cons

1) Changing the earphones didn't help ((. They didn't fit in my ears, constantly fell out, and stuck out like locators. Likewise, my hubby fits like a glove. 2) frequent disconnections: the signal intermittently vanishes even when the Wi-Fi is off, no other electrical devices are in the room, and the phone is directly in front of me. 3) till I mastered the control: one click on the right earpiece, followed by a press to pause or play the current video, then move on to the next one (Youtube)
