I got this case and was running with my phone shorty after I put the case on and I tripped and sprawled out onto the sidewalk. Unfortunately my phone took the brunt of the fall as I slammed my hand down onto the ground. Fortunately it only cracked my screen protector and my phone was totally fine. I took the case off to clean off my phone and inspect for damage and when I was putting my case back on I realized that there was a crack in the case near the on/off button. I am not sure if the crack was caused when I fell or if it happened as I was putting the case on or taking it off. I finally contacted Miracase by email to ask what they could do and they sent me a replacement case that arrived less than a week later! They also responded very quickly to my emails! It was awesome! I really like this case although to start out it is a little slippery to the touch but as you use it more it actually gets sticky and it does make it a little hard to put in your pockets sometimes and sometimes the lint from my pants or other things gets all stuck to it. Those are my only complaints though! I think it looks cool and it protects my phone the way I need it to.
