Review on Nikon Coolpix S2800 Black Point and Shoot Digital Camera: 5X Optical Zoom, International Version, No Warranty Entailed by Tara Perry

I bought this for my daughter for her 9th birthday. Although it doesn't meet my photography standards (I've been shooting for almost 20 years), it takes decent pictures for my daughter. The image quality is close to that of an iPhone*. Only the optical zoom and the flash are better than the iPhone*. It may have more megapixels than the iPhone*, but the quality is different. In summary, this is a great camera for beginners, or just a good camera if you need it for casual shooting and don't already have an iPhone*. A few annoyances: The USB port cover is difficult to open. Does not use a standard Mini or MircoUSB connector.*5s or an iPhone with a camera of similar quality.
