Poor Quality Control

I ordered an 18 inch craft circle as a base. Upon closer inspection, even before I took it out of the plastic wrap, I noticed that the two sides of the circle weren't cut correctly and the manufacturer had left jagged edges and incomplete cuts in the wood. The circle would have been fine otherwise, but it was very disappointing.
