Edited: I contacted the company through Revain and they responded immediately asking for my information and promising to send a replacement. I will update depending on how long this takes. I appreciate the excellent and timely customer service! I loved this toothbrush until it suddenly died after only 3 months. I got this for my 4 year old after one of my older kids got a different brand. This one seemed softer for the baby. I just charged it all night and it doesn't even light up to indicate it's charging, but my charger does light up. It won't work at all! I am very unimpressed! I spent way too much money for this thing to die after a few months of use! I also wanted to order it for my son but will look for another brand or choose the one I got for my eldest daughter which lasted over a year!
