Review on 🏋️ ProBand Fitness Bandit Arm Band by Girish Underwood

I have suffered from tennis/golfer's elbow in both hands for a little over 3 years. I have tried ACE and Mueller braces. I would feel the greatest relief from the ACE brand after replacing the small vinyl pads with folded cardboard for better brace compression. I probably had 5 pairs at $14.95 a hand. Recently it was time to replace my ACE elbow pads and I really didn't want to spend money on the same one that I knew would wear out after 7 or 8 months of use. And that I need to change and replace the folded carton because the carton will break with use sometime. I was VERY surprised by the support of the Band-It brand. It was the difference between day and night. After wearing them for just a few days, I can see a huge difference in my daily pain levels. They have a lower profile, making them easier to put on and take off. The foam also prevents them from slipping. The ACE orthoses kept slipping down and had to be adjusted several times a day. They stay in place with no problems. My only complaint is that they could be a little more comfortable where the straps meet the skin. But for the money, it's dollars well spent. I'm really surprised at the pain relief after just a few days of wearing it. Great product for tennis/golfer's elbow.
