Best of the best in this category

I can't explain it but this is without a doubt the best product for tennis elbow prevention. I've tried many of them and BandIT has given me the best relief overall. My understanding is that this is due to the width of the coverage area and the constant pressure generated by the rubber pad (unlike the gel or air filled pouches on most other products). cleaner than other neoprene coated products. Just an alcohol swab is enough. Despite its rudimentary, rough appearance, the Velcro is very…

All-day support with no disruption to blood flow.

More expensive than other similar bracelets. Works great with pressure ONLY where needed and also easy to clean because I assure you wear one of these all day to work or workout and they quickly start to stink. The biggest problem with a band for epicondylitis (tennis/golfer's elbow) is that many of them are just velcro bands. It's okay if you're bleeding and need a tourniquet, but if you plan on actively cutting off blood flow to your forearm and hand, I assure you that's a bad idea. Cheap…

Not all bandits are the same. Don't skimp on quality and pay extra

Very disappointed when I received this elbow brace as the poor quality was apparent as soon as I opened the flimsy packaging. I first bought Band-it in 2015 and was very impressed with the quality and ease of use. It was NOT the same elbow brace. After further research, I learned that there are several companies that make this product under the Band-It Elbow Brace brand name: Corflex, Truform, and Bird & Cronin. I bought another "brand" and am very happy with the quality of a DIFFERENT item.…

Be patient and this strap will help you

If you have tennis or golfer's elbow, this is the best device I've found to help you recover. However, don't expect miracles. Most people (like me the first time) think that if you just "take it easy" this problem will go away in a short time. The problem is that every day you do some sort of hand twist that further stretches the injured tendon. Wearing it during the day will help relieve the tendon and heal faster. Those "tom-my-cop-per" bandages you tape around your elbow (or ankle, knee)…

Great bandage: exercise and fitness

This bandage is effective and easy to put on. Once put on, it stays in place well enough. The bandage has two plastic cups that protect the hand and skin from abrasions. It has no moving parts and should last a long time. FYI there is another type that has a knob that you can turn to adjust the internal pressure point. I have both and use them alternately. It is important to know that the density of the bandage must match the activity. For example, the tighter the bandage, the less freedom of…

Treating tennis elbow is a complex process. To avoid surgery (or lifelong pain) you need to strengthen the muscles around your injured tendons, you need to change your movements to allow the tendons to heal, you need to protect your tendons during daily activities, and you need to wear something when you are active. . BandIT is what I wear to sleep and work at my desk. It is not recommended to wear while playing sports, raking leaves or shoveling snow. However, that doesn't mean it doesn't have

Look no further, if you suffer from tennis/golfer's elbow, buy this product!

I have suffered from tennis/golfer's elbow in both hands for a little over 3 years. I have tried ACE and Mueller braces. I would feel the greatest relief from the ACE brand after replacing the small vinyl pads with folded cardboard for better brace compression. I probably had 5 pairs at $14.95 a hand. Recently it was time to replace my ACE elbow pads and I really didn't want to spend money on the same one that I knew would wear out after 7 or 8 months of use. And that I need to change and…

Just what you need for a tennis elbow

With this armband I can finally raise my arms without worrying! My tennis elbow began after playing table tennis every day for 6 months (with poor form), extensive training to failure and finally reached painful levels when I awkwardly climbed onto my boyfriend's porch. I went to my orthopedist to confirm this and of course he determined that I did indeed have tennis elbow and recommended that the first step would be to try training with this particular type of band due to the tight support on…

I had the worst tendonitis of my life. I got injections, months of physical therapy, but the biggest pain reliever that gave my body a chance to heal was my BandIT. I've tried drug store brands for tunnel wrist and tennis elbow but they made my whole arm sweaty and didn't put the right amount of pressure in exactly the right places. You can adjust the position of the pads in it and the strap hardly touches the skin, at least on my hand. My physical therapist suggested this brand because of its…
