Bottle won't open
I have no idea if this is a good makeup remover. I've been trying to open the lid for 20 minutes now. I followed the diagram on the lid, pushing and twisting. It doesn't open and I resort to choice words. I would like to be sent another bottle. There were very positive reviews about the product itself. Just read the reviews and realized I'm not the only one with this problem. Please send me another bottle, I don't want to return as I live in the countryside and it's not convenient for me to return without leaving. drove over an hour.
