In addition to the excellent quality, I was impressed by the care this company takes in packaging their products. The shelves themselves were individually boxed and the entire box they came in was surrounded by very thick padding to prevent them from being damaged during the shipping process. In addition, the cleaning cloth turned out to be an enclosed surprise and instructions on how to care for the product. I've bought several other similar racks but they weren't as strong or as well packaged.
