Purchased for a monoblock. What a disappointment. And of course it is non-refundable. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It's thin, reminds me of some kind of packaging material. It says it's plastic, but it looks more like a leaf in the shape of a cylinder. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

You get what you pay for. This is fine if you are using them as coasters for very light items like small bread baskets. However, if your dish is served on a heavier plate, this is not for you. You really can't complain considering you can get 3 of these for just $9.

These relatively inexpensive props are great for creating exhibitions. I used them to display my collection of daily used coffee mugs. These props raise the item just enough to show. It's always better if you have different heights when creating displays! I liked playing with them.

I liked the coasters/holders but there is glue around the edges that won't come off! I don't want to try chemicals as I will be using them in photos. I will try Goo Gone (must buy for it)! It's really frustrating when I have to take the extra time to remove a sticky adhesive from a product. This is not the normal glue you sometimes get when you peel off the label, it's really hard to remove!

Direct article. I use them to even out the height of the pieces in the showcases. They work well for this purpose, although the 5x5 flexes a bit when over 8 ounces. Update 09/21/16: Better packaging. They came in a more fitted box with a protective film on either side of each riser. The material also looks a bit thicker. There isn't a comfortable comparison mic, but they are noticeably thicker (and stiffer) compared to the old ones I ordered. Improvements are welcome.

Everything as described. Inside and outside there is a very cloudy protective film that has to be removed by levering one of the corners. I think all the bad reviews here are because people either don't realize there is a movie or they can't remove it. You'll need to poke one of the corners with your fingernail to remove it.
