Buy this stool high enough to get in your car and pick it up.
Didn't know or remember I had to bend down from the SUV to put it back into the SUV so I screwed up the height. I was able to get into the car with it without any problems, but on an incline I had to get out of the car and start over. I can probably use it indoors to get things off the top shelf.
