We bought 2 of these for our office. The real screen works great. It hung a few times but turning it off and on clears the situation. Our beef revolves around functionality around the screen. The dual magnets holding it to the laptop are a joke. The sliding function is oblique. If you push the screen completely out of the way, it will fall on the table. We've found using other stationery to support the screen helps. We've passed the return window, so unfortunately we're sticking with it. The screen works, but everything else in this product will only cause disappointment.
