EDIT: After I left this review they contacted me immediately, updated the item information to reflect the blue interior and offered me another bag or a full refund. I have increased the star rating to reflect the excellent customer service and positive experience. The bag does not look like the photo - the inside is light blue and there is a large logo on the outside. The bag is also not rigid at all, it just dangles making it very difficult to attach to a bike rack. Finally, the velcro is relatively weak and after a few smacks one of the straps came off completely and the bag dangled on the counter until I stopped and reattached it by simply trying the knot with the strap on the luggage rack itself. If the bag matched the photo and description it would be great. Unfortunately, this is simply not the case.
