I took this hair dryer on a trip because I like how it folds up to save space. It works well, it has low and high settings and the high has enough power to dry my hair down to my waist. I love the included diffuser, it's thick and well made. The only thing I don't like is that you have to hold down the cold button to keep it cold, which I understand is standard on many hair dryers, but some have a cold button. I love styling my hair after cold styling. Cold works well for this, you just need to keep the button pressed all the time while using it. Like most hair dryers, it's noisy. In addition, it is great and feels comfortable in the hand. It also comes in a holdall. i love colors
