Hard to beat - in terms of performance and value for money
Despite "research" I bought two more irons that I had to return or give away. I gave it four stars because even this one, good as it is, doesn't live up to my previous one (20 years old) which eventually failed. It glides smoothly over clothes (not all), is easy to fill, gives off enough steam and is not fatiguing with its weight. The only small point of criticism is that the automatic spring retraction requires a stronger spring.
