After reading all the reviews we wanted a simple, small and light machine for beginners. We bought this car on June 19th. Since then it has been used twice. The second time there were tension problems. The third time, a new spool is started and suddenly it starts sewing without touching the presser foot. I even turned it off anyway. Then it closed. As my 10 year old was the person it was intended for I will never buy it again. There is also no way to contact the company. There is also no guarantee. I spent $65 for less than an hour of sewing.
