TWO strips purchased. BOTH work EXACTLY the same. Firstly I have to say. This LOOKS FANTASTIC. easy to set up. easy-to-use remote control. Those aspects were fantastic. why only 3 stars Therefore .FIRST -1 star - all product shots show that these strips are injectable. You can see in the pictures that the strips have 2 wires going out from the connectors so you can connect the power supply along the strip. You are not! The ALL reason I bought these was for the power supply aspects as I already have a 5V power supply which would be more than enough to power the feed points. sad . This is NOT the case leading to my second -1 star. SECOND Star -1 - these strips are only 2m long per filament, but the voltage drop across them is STRONG (which I expected as the display specifically says they are WS2812B RGB 4020 LEDs and I suspect that it is a side light) but the fall off to red was even more than I expected and covered the LAST QUARTER OF BOTH STRIPS I bought. This drop in color accuracy makes the fact that they are non-injectable an even greater tragedy as, like I said, they LOOK AMAZING to begin with. Trouble and may have put me off getting the soft silicone case version and just took a few strips and stuck them in the channels to get the same effect. So, finally, buyers beware. You may need to plug in your own power supply to get consistent light even if you only use ONE STRIP, but the end result is REALLY amazing.
