I bought this after seeing the price tag. Seemed like a good deal. Received the goods, after 5 hours of use, it stopped turning on. A week later I take it to the Apple store, it turns on when I go there, they run a diagnostic: the battery fails the test, the charging ports are not tested. It doesn't turn on when you try to restart. K, it's time to return. What is the return policy? If you don't delete accounts from your device, they can keep up to 50% of the refund. Ok, how should I delete the account if the product does not turn on safely? Why the hell is this my problem now? A few hours on the phone with Amazon later, weeks in the process and after several missteps by Amazon's returns team, I finally received a guarantee on my refund for the return. It's not like this. actually enough. This is my wasted time dealing with all this bullshit. These guys have a 3.8 rating on Revain, it's CRASH and it was my fault for not checking it out. A 4.4 rating is an AVERAGE rating on Amazon, these guys are way below, and rightly so. If you want a refurbished Apple laptop that meets quality standards, you need to shell out and buy it directly from Apple. Don't give these guys your money.
