First of all, they look great and are fairly comfortable, but I bought them for full groin stabilization and I think they're falling a bit short. useful, but I personally don't think they keep everything as tightly packed as they should. As I got older I needed extra support when I went to the gym because I started having problems with rashes on my upper inner thighs, mainly due to my lower hanging testicles. They help a bit but I still don't think they are tight enough to be called compression shorts. My waist is about 33 and the mids fit as expected but I have to say I don't think they fit. great for guys with small hips but small arms for love. I'm quite skinny, but my waist is wider than my hips for my figure, so these shorts are tighter in the waist but a bit tighter in the crotch and bottom. If you have absolutely no fat at your waist and your hips are wider than your waist I would assume they would fit perfectly, but I digress on the fact that unless you have a model body your waist will pucker a bit . They look great and are MUCH better than underwear and keep things dry so I'll keep them. It's very difficult to sort through the compression shorts options and pick a winner. So if you're looking for something to keep you dry and most importantly secure around your penis and balls, you'll love this model. Don't get me wrong, it's way better than lingerie and worth a try. I wear them every day to lighten my breakout area so I'll keep an eye on them to see if they help over time.
