For reference, I am a small, slightly corpulent female, 5'6", 130 lbs, with broad shoulders. walk a mile. I love all the storage pockets and it kept my water cool throughout my run. On the first mile, however, I wanted to rip the thing off my body. In order to properly secure it to my hips, I had to tighten the waist strap quite a bit, which caused the shoulder straps to come loose from my shoulders, leaving an inch of space between the straps and my shoulders. In addition, the mouth thorn kept rubbing against my hand. I'm sure this would work great for an average height adult. This is for my husband to use.
