Just received this product. There is no safety cap and the bottle is almost completely empty! The packaging it came in didn't even get wet so nothing leaked! It is clear that this was a product that was used almost to zero and then sold and sent to me. How do I even know what's really there? And should I use this on aquarium animals? There can be about an inch of liquid in a 6 inch bottle. How come other than complete surveillance or just indifference?
