(Reviewed by my husband) This torque wrench has been well made and is a high quality product. But the problem for me was that I had to adjust a couple of small screws (about 1/8" diameter, slotted head) and I found I needed a special one (4mm hex) to fit the screwdriver. So I went back online and bought a set of Wiha adapters (also well made) that they sell ($30), but I still had the problem. The only 4mm hex that fit in the screwdriver had a 1/4" external hex. end so your 1/4" female adapter must mate with the 1/4" male hex end on the slotted screw tip. That would all be fine, but the narrowest tip of the slotted screw was too wide to fit through the hole where my 1/8" screw was. If I had read all of their descriptions carefully, maybe this problem would have been spotted and me wouldn't have bought any of these at all. But I think they made it VERY clear that you would have to adapt to a 4mm socket on their end. So I'm returning everything and buying a torque wrench with a standard 1/4"-hex head. It might not be as accurate as this one, but I know it will fit any hex bits I already have.
