Poor quality in my review

Purchased device to use with my EKO stethoscope. Poor fit, not tight enough. Poor quality, already coming apart.  That's my review.

Pros

I like it, it works, but I have to hold it to hear better, it's my hearing,not the product. good buy.

Cons

The tips are too thick. You cannot hear very well even with the volume all the way up.
