Cheap junk. On a timer and usually freezes until I shake it or shake it out and shake out all the water. But it is still being fed and warmed up, my bird bath was around 120 degrees without circulation. Completely new and worn. Came with a cheap 18-20ga two core cable which makes me worried about electrocuting myself without a ground to call the GFI in case of failure, which it does. I don't have time to mess around with returns, I'll be looking for a better brand than Song Long or Lyqily (Lyqily doesn't fit!) which was unbalanced from the start and had to be beaten to make it work. But the timer does not start and heats up more and more. I used it for a while last summer by starting it up and leaving it on all the time, but it still turned itself off. I drilled a hole in the well and used a piece of rebar to pierce it to start. It won't start this year after you stop beating it up. ATTENTION GUYS, THESE CHEAP C#!NK PUMPS ARE TRASH.
