update 3-30-21 Finally the refill (about a week ago I wanted to print a little before the update). On the positive side, they sent out more printer cartridges than we wasted. Upgrading to three stars, the device works great, but I have serious concerns about its durability. --- We were initially very impressed with this little printer until we exceeded the 60 prints included. We bought another 120 sheets from Kodak and after the first 6 cartridges it stopped printing all 10 sheets. Sometimes we got 8 out of 10, sometimes 3 out of 10. I contacted Kodak and they agreed that our unit was defective and provided a shipping label. As soon as they got it back they claimed to have sent our replacement but the tracking number they provided has been "shipping ready for UPS" since March 3rd (today 19th). Emails asking for an update get the exact same response, telling me their customer support team is either a tech (not real people) or just cut and paste answers. In any case, I have yet to find a way to speak to a person or get an update on a device replacement. You have my money, I have nothing and no support. Is this 1 star rating noticed? I hope so, but I doubt it.
