I love that you can have your customers view or cancel without having it show up in my dashboard as well! It helps so much because we don't want our customer's feedback showing us they cancelled when actually someone was doing something wrong (ie forgetting about them).
The price point has been great too but sometimes there are glitches w/the software - not sure if its being updated often enough etc but nothing serious just small things which could be easily fixed by tech support team at dylish to help resolve issues. Have used this feature extensively since launch & haven't heard of anything bad coming outta using these features yet from anyone who uses ours either : ) Great integration between web interface vs mobile apps both work really good together no problems here! Definitely recommend trying one time before making any decisions - would never consider switching off now!! Make changes quickly then.
