After 8 months of installation on the front of a Toyota 4x4, off-road driving in dust and rain, it continues to work great. The camera I received had a swivel mount that allows you to point the camera where you want it. The camera came with a very long cable so I had to throw away the extra cable. I'm using a 4.3" Sunnvalleytek TFT LCD Digital Car Rear View Monitor with 360 degree swivel stand to view the camera image. If you're complaining that it's not a front view camera, the instructions are confusing. It turns out that you rotate the image on the back of the monitor from back to front.The only downside is that you lose distance lines.I also added a switch on the dash so I can turn off the camera when not needed.
