It does seem to work well and i like the precut strips but I think some of the .
I bought 3 brands of tape and tried them all at the same time on different injuries, this was the first to roll. It does seem to work well and i like the precut strips but I think some of the other brands are a bit sturdier. The other 2 brands i bought were Physix Gear and Beast. Note I do not wear these for multiple days, just for short periods of time.
- Tape stays where placed for up to a week. I am not very active while knee heals. Will keep purchasing.
- Expensive compared to other kinesiology tape options on the market
